Quick answers
Does Parla include channels or a subscription?
No. Parla is a media player/client only. It does not provide, sell, host, or redistribute TV channels, movies, series, IPTV subscriptions, or playlists. You must connect your own lawful M3U or Xtream Codes service.
What do I need to connect?
You need a lawful M3U playlist URL or the server address and credentials for your own Xtream Codes service. Obtain these from your provider and enter them in the player, never on this website. Do not share them publicly.
My playlist or stream will not load. What should I check?
Check your internet connection, confirm the server or playlist address is correct, and verify with your provider that your access is active. Restart the player and device. Some streams or formats may not be compatible with your device.
Can Parla fix missing channels or provider billing?
Content, subscription access, and provider billing are controlled by your own provider. Contact that provider for those issues. Parla support is for the player itself.
Is Parla available on my Samsung TV?
Availability and compatibility must be confirmed for your TV model and region through the relevant app listing when published. This website does not announce Samsung approval or promise availability on every TV.
Preparing a support request
Include your TV model, software version, Parla app version, the steps that caused the issue, and the exact error message. A screenshot can help if you remove any personal information first.
Never include passwords, access tokens, full playlist URLs, payment details, or provider credentials.
