Draft updated: September 9, 2026
1. What Parla provides
Parla IPTV / Parla Player is a media player/client only. Parla does not provide, sell, host, or redistribute TV channels, movies, series, IPTV subscriptions, or playlists. Access to the player does not include rights to any third-party content.
2. Your content and permissions
You must connect your own lawful M3U playlist or Xtream Codes service and have all necessary rights or permissions to access the content. You are responsible for following applicable laws and the terms of your provider. Do not use Parla to infringe copyright, bypass access restrictions, or access a service without authorization.
3. Third-party services
Content providers operate independently of Parla. Their content, availability, subscriptions, privacy practices, and service terms are their responsibility. Parla does not endorse a provider merely because the player can connect to it. Contact your provider about missing content, expired access, or billing for its service.
4. Compatibility and availability
Playback depends on your device, software version, internet connection, media format, and provider. Compatibility with every device, playlist, or stream is not promised. This website does not represent confirmation of app-store approval or availability for a particular Samsung TV model or region.
5. Responsible use and security
Keep your connection details secure. Do not disrupt the website or player, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's credentials. Share diagnostic information with support only after removing private service details.
6. Ownership
Parla branding and original website materials are separate from the content supplied by your provider. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning a platform or connection format does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Consumer rights and final terms
Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any warranty provisions, liability limitations, payment terms, cancellation rights, and dispute provisions must be reviewed for the actual product and applicable law before being added.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be revised as product details are confirmed. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law. See Support for contact details and player guidance.
